Kenneth Dunlavy
Chief Marketing Officer

Kenneth Dunlavy, CMO of TriMax Hospitality, has over twenty five years experience in the hospitality industry.  The first half of his career was in the operations and marketing of Wendy’s, Chili’s, Dave & Buster’s and Miss Paige’s his own Steakhouse and Motel.  With a shift into the hotel world, I have held positions as a Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hilton Garden Inn to a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing role over 20 hotels in the Midwest and East Coast regions.  I have led the sales effort for branded hotels with Hilton, IHG, Marriott and Choice generating $60MM in annual sales.

Offering the experience of managing multiple sales teams and driving incremental revenues, Kenneth offers strong support and expert knowledge in the day to day operation of a hotel sales department.  His expertise ranges from turn-around situations to established properties that need to refine their edge in the market.

His properties have been recognized with Franchise awards such as Marriott Residence Inn 2014 RAMP UP Hotel of the Year and Marriott Residence Inn 2015 Opening Hotel of the Year.

Kenneth has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Auburn University where he was a member of the Track Team.  He has served as a Board Member for March of Dimes Charity Golf Outing and Meeting Professionals International Chair for the Golf Outing.  Kenneth is married to Dawn with 4 beautiful girls and a little boy.  They live in Salem, AL.
