Sales & Marketing
The TriMax Hospitality Chief Marketing Officer has proven expertise, experience and market understanding to maximize revenues from all sources and distribution channels. He plays a key role in the overall market strategies of properties, creation of action steps, measuring systems, and brings an entrepreneurial approach to client management.
Every Sales person will receive a 30/60/90 day action plan along with an extensive training from our Sales University which includes Webinars, Regional Workshops, 3 day Immersion Course for the Hospitality Sales Professional.
We comprise all key components of an effective, customer driven approach, designed to maximize market share from all demand generators. Each property undergoes custom designed sales, marketing, and strategy review tailored to the market conditions in which it operates. We will focus on all areas that will maximize revenues and overall return on investment.
We direct a sales effort targeted toward identified portfolio key accounts in both the group and transient market segments. Activities include trade shows, sales blitzes, client presentations, and familiarization trips. We have representation at major conferences such as American Bus Association, Global Business Travel Association, Meeting Planners International, Association of Corporate Travel Executives and Student Youth Travel Association to name a few.
We coordinate all marketing, graphic design, brochure and collateral development and market communication tools for all the hotels in the portfolio. Assistance is also provided for website design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and electronic marketing initiatives.
TriMax Hospitality is focused on creating long term client relationships, professional sales and marketing initiatives, and significant revenue enhancements from all distribution channels at the property.

We have implemented talent management solutions that include acquisition, compensation, and retention and employee engagement. We network to recruit “cream of the crop” professionals, participate in college and industry related job fairs, recruit international interns, recognize existing employees for successful employee referrals, and make full utilization of non-traditional talent pools.
Our training initiatives include extensive on-boarding, management development, legally mandated training, optimal customer service, individual development plans, customized training initiatives, and specific training and development courses.
Accounting
A staff of experienced CPAs, strong internal controls, a state-of-the-art accounting/reporting system, and an integrated PC network, all allow the Financial Services division of TriMax Hospitality to properly interpret and consolidate financial information to ensure our hotels are operating cost-effectively and profitably. With centralized accounting services and uniform procedures, we improve cash flow and timely reporting for each of our ownership groups, as well as help home office management to closely monitor each property’s operation. Compensation, insurance, associate benefits, and retirement options are all regularly reviewed and monitored to ensure they are competitive, attractive and affordable for our hotel owners.
Day-to-day operations and managing a hotel with the bottom line in sight are a full-time job that often leaves little room for in-depth analysis to identify the larger, more strategic opportunities.
